Bruce Lively
Bruce brings decades of hands-on experience in the oil and gas exploration and production industry. Throughout his career, he worked closely with ranchers, landowners, and energy companies to design and develop oilfield infrastructure, including access roads, drill site locations, and production facilities.
His extensive background includes planning road routes, designing drill site locations, and overseeing land clearing and excavation projects necessary to support drilling and production operations. Bruce understands the importance of balancing operational efficiency with respect for the land and the goals of the property owner.
In addition to his field experience, Bruce owned and operated a successful oilfield service company, managing a fleet of heavy equipment including forklifts, front-end loaders, graders, and other machinery used to support oil and gas operations. This hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of excavation, site preparation, grading, and land development from both the planning and execution sides of a project. His unique combination of engineering-minded planning, equipment expertise, and real-world field experience allows him to help clients develop efficient, cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, and brings it to life.

Billy Brady
Billy brings more than 40 years of heavy equipment operating experience to every project. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation as a true craftsman behind the controls, often described by customers and colleagues as an “artist” with heavy equipment.
His expertise spans virtually every type of construction and earthmoving equipment, with decades of hands-on experience operating and mastering dozers, excavators, graders, loaders, scrapers, and other specialized machinery. Billy is particularly recognized for his exceptional finish grading skills and is an accomplished blade operator capable of producing precise, professional-grade surfaces on roads, parking lots, and bluetop projects.
Over the years, Billy has successfully completed a wide range of projects, including road construction, ranch roads, driveways, parking lots, commercial and residential building pads, private airport runways, land clearing, drainage improvements, and pond construction. His attention to detail, ability to visualize the finished product, and commitment to quality workmanship set him apart in the excavation and site development industry.
